| Parker is from the first litter born at Dalry. Raw-fed from conception and a very limited vaccine protocol, his health has been exceptional. He's a sweet dog to live with, and he has learned difficult agility concepts with ease. I'm very proud that Parker's beautiful daughter SoCo, Ch. Torlans' Head Over High Heels WC, was awarded Best Opposite Sex at the 2011 National Specialty held at Spruce Meadows, Calgary. Littermates SoCo and Tequila were also Best Brace in Specialty. Parker finished his Canadian championship easily and has had some nice specialty show wins: 2003 Canadian National Specialty-Alberta First place, Bred By Exhibitor Male, Best Male in Breeder's Sweepstakes 2005 US National Specialty-Oregon First place, Bred By Exhibitor Male, Best Bred By in Show, Reserve Winner's Male 2007 National Specialty-British Columbia Made the first cut for BOB with 14 year old Leslie Grant handling 2009 Best Veteran in the BC All Retriever Club show - his debut as a veteran dog. Parker also came home with two Novice Standard Agility Q's and a Q in Novice JWW. 2011 National Specialty - 1st in 9-12 Veteran Sweepstakes, finished AGN title. |
All the puppies from Parker's first litter with Ch. Pikkinokka's Torlan Kanji have finished their championships. Of
these four young dogs, Vez (Ch. Torlan's High Lonesome Sound CDX WC JH) is a High in Trial/multi High in
Class obedience winner and on June 8/08 passed his WC, qualifying him for a Doberstein Award. On August 2,
2008, Vez completed the requirements for his JH title. Vez easily attained his CDX title in November 2008, with a
HIC placement of 196.
Soco (Ch. Torlan's Head Over High Heels WC) passed her CKC Working Certificate her first time out.

Sporting Dog Club of BC show, the day after the 2007 Specialty show at the Sporting Dog Spectacular.
